    With nearly 10 years of practice and over 600 hours of training, Sav is a seasoned instructor in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Pilates, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and more. Her global teaching experience spans from New York City to Glasgow, and it always focuses on restoring balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.

    With 19 years of experience in gymnastics, Scott has represented Scotland and Great Britain in national and international competitions, earning significant accolades. He made history as the first Scottish gymnast on Team GB for tumbling and was awarded Scottish Gymnast of the Year. Scott’s achievements include winning gold at the World Loule Cup and performing at prestigious events like Paris Fashion Week and corporate showcases. After years of elite training under the world’s top coaches, Scott transitioned his extensive knowledge of movement to Reformer Pilates.

    Kerry's Pilates journey began in February 2023 when she discovered The Holistic Warehouse and quickly became a devoted member. Drawn to the warm community atmosphere, she pursued and completed her Level 3 Reformer course, with a focus on helping perimenopausal and menopausal women reconnect with their bodies. Kerry finds immense fulfilment in witnessing her students’ progress, both in their sessions and in their self-confidence.

    Rachel began practising yoga during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to find relaxation and peace. Her curiosity led her to complete multiple Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), including certifications in Yin Yoga and Crystal Singing Bowls. After moving back from the Middle East, Rachel unexpectedly began teaching and discovered her passion for helping others connect mind, breath, and movement. She loves watching her clients' curiosity transform into a deeper understanding of yoga.

    Jenna discovered her love for spin about a year and a half ago. Having danced for over 15 years, she was eager to find a new form of fitness after stepping away from dance. Spin quickly became her passion! She began attending classes and soon started teaching because of her enthusiasm for the sport.

    About Karen

    Karen has over 600hrs of yoga training in hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation with an in satiable desire to continually progress her yoga studies, so that she can bring a deeper level of teaching expertise to her classes. Karen’s Yoga journey started when she decided to let go of her 20 yearlong teaching career as a Sport, Fitness, Nutrition and Applied Sport Science coordinator and lecturer.

    She has also brought with her, over 20 years of health and fitness expertise, having worked and taught across the fitness industry as an instructor, sports massage therapist and Personal trainer. Her fitness teaching spans across the board from spin, aerobics, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, LTB and many other disciplines

    She is also a Registered Public Health Nutritionist with the Association of Nutrition and has a passion for promoting and educating the best ways and means of helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their food choices, to promote optimum health.

    Karen approaches her Yoga experience by addressing health from the following facets, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual aspects of the person and has been an avid student of personal development and mind power for over 4 years.

    She has a great knack for making you see the abundant potential within you, even when you might not see it yourself.
