Health Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any classes offered by The Holistic Warehouse, you acknowledge and agree that:

Assumption of Risk

  • You voluntarily participate in the classes offered at The Holistic Warehouse at your own risk.

  • You understand that participating in physical exercise, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and Barre, involves risks of injury, including but not limited to, strains, sprains, and more serious injuries.

  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during your participation.

Health Waiver

  • You certify that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the classes.

  • You agree to consult with a physician prior to beginning any new exercise program, including those offered by The Holistic Warehouse, if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless The Holistic Warehouse from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of your participation.

Pregnancy Clause

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks
Clients who are pregnant or become pregnant during their membership at The Holistic Warehouse acknowledge that participating in physical activities, including but not limited to Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and Barre classes, carries inherent risks. Pregnant clients must recognise that these risks may be heightened during pregnancy.

  2. Medical Clearance
Prior to participating in any fitness program or continuing an existing program, pregnant clients must consult with their General Practitioner (GP) and obtain written medical clearance. This clearance should specifically state that the client is permitted to engage in physical activity during their pregnancy. The Holistic Warehouse reserves the right to request updated medical clearance at any stage of the pregnancy.

  3. Modifications and Limitations
Pregnant clients are required to inform the instructor before each class about their pregnancy and any related medical conditions. Instructors will offer modifications to exercises as needed. However, it is the responsibility of the client to assess their own physical condition and limitations and to avoid any activities that may pose a risk to their health or the health of their unborn child.
Pregnant clients should not lie on their stomachs during any exercise sessions.
During the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, it is not advised to engage in highly exertive exercises. Clients are encouraged to focus on gentle and moderate activities during this period.

  4. Assumption of Liability
By participating in activities at The Holistic Warehouse, pregnant clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of their participation. This includes, but is not limited to, risks related to falling, overexertion, or use of fitness equipment.

  5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pregnant clients hereby release and hold harmless The Holistic Warehouse, its owners, employees, trainers, and instructors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability related to any injury, complication, or other medical condition arising from participation in fitness activities while pregnant.

  6. Obligation to Notify
Clients agree to notify The Holistic Warehouse of any changes in their pregnancy status or any related health issues that may affect their ability to safely participate in fitness activities.

  7. Termination or Suspension of Membership
The Holistic Warehouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any client who is pregnant if it is determined that continued participation poses a significant risk to the client or their unborn child.

Membership and Class Passes

Membership Cancellation and Fees
If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions regarding the 12-hour cancellation policy and no-show fees, we advise purchasing a class pass instead of a membership.

Automatic Charges
Unlimited members who are no-shows or late-cancel (less than 12 hours before class) will be automatically charged a £10 fee. This policy is in place to ensure fair access to classes for all members.

Recording and Photography Policy

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients, The Holistic Warehouse does not allow any recording or photography of clients during classes unless on specified and announced shoot days.
This policy is in place to create a space where clients can feel comfortable to breathe, move, and be present without concerns about privacy. On announced shoot days, any photography or video recording will be communicated to clients in advance, and participation in such activities will be entirely optional.
