Class Information

4. What should I bring to class?

  • For Yoga and Pilates classes, we recommend bringing a mat, a towel, and a water bottle. For Spin classes, bring a towel and a water bottle. We provide all necessary equipment for Reformer Pilates. Anyone attending Reformer Pilates must bring Reformer socks or purchase them at the desk for £6.

5. What should I wear to class?

  • Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing. For Yoga and Pilates, barefoot is ideal. For Spin classes, wear sturdy athletic shoes. Anyone attending Reformer Pilates must bring Reformer socks or purchase them at the desk for £6. There is no need to bring a Yoga mat or props to class. We’ve got everything you need.

6. How early should I arrive for my class?

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. The studio door will be locked at the beginning of the class to ensure a safe and uninterrupted session.

7. Can I drop in for a class, or do I need to book in advance?

  • While drop-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, as classes can fill up quickly. You can book your classes through our website or mobile app.

Membership and Pricing

8. What are the membership options at The Holistic Warehouse?

9. How do I cancel my membership or class?

  • Drop-in and class pass cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. Membership cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. You can cancel your booking through our website or mobile app once logged into your account. Please not that unlimited memberships that have a no-show or late cancellation (less than 6 hours before class) will incur a £10 fee automatically charged to your account. Class pack holders that are no-shows / late cancels will forfeit their class.

Health and Safety

11. Is there a health waiver I need to sign?

  • Yes, all participants must sign a health waiver acknowledging the risks associated with physical exercise and releasing The Holistic Warehouse from liability for any injuries incurred during classes. This waiver will be sent to you when signing up for class.

12. What if I have a medical condition?

  • If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise program, including those offered by The Holistic Warehouse.
